The Pre training Situation: - Neema Rawat belongs to a poor family of Village Madhi, Kritinagar in district Tehri Garhwal of Uttarakhand State. Due to her family poor financial condition, she had been always get worried about her children’s future and wanted to support her husband in house expences.

One day Neema came to know about UGVS training program from her relative which was running in her own town and she’s decided to visit centre and get admission in Soft Toys Making Training Program.

The challenges faced during Training- The life of hill areas are not as much easier as its looks, because people do strugle to fulfil their daily needs so for Neema it was also a challenge because she had been spend her whole time in household works and look after of her children’s. But she had managed her daily work with her training schedule and took training and now she’s supporting her husband to fulfil daily needs.

Post Training Outcome:- She started the business of making & selling of soft toys from her house and she’s earning approx 3000-4000 per month. Now she becomes a role model for all ladies who really want to do something for her families.
